The program consists of six in-person sessions which last two days each. There are also regular virtual check-ins and weekly challenges to apply curriculum. A key component to this program is the capstone project. Participants are divided into two teams that work on the project throughout the duration of the program. They present their reports at the conclusion of the program. A panel of judges decides the winning group, who will be given the opportunity to implement their project at their organization.
